Individual Counseling
​Traditional Talk-Therapy, in person in Westlake Hills (west Austin) or online (anywhere in Texas).
Therapeutic lens: Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused (to name a few!).

50 minute session: $155

80 minute session: $230
Insurance not accepted at this time, but clients may submit Super Bills for insurance reimbursement
Professional Consultations
Consultations are one-on-one meetings between myself and other professionals (or future professionals) in the field of counseling. I am able to offer my perspective for other professionals who may feel stuck with their clients, their employment, or their online presence. (Please note that I am not a licensed supervisor, but I am able to offer my perspective, teach DBT skills, and offer support and help to therapists who are looking to grow their online presence).

Therapist-In-Training Groups
This group is for therapists-in-training (grad school students and associate level practitioners). In this group, therapists-in-training will be able to connect to one another and ask questions in a group setting at a lower rate than my consultation meetings. This is an ideal option for clinicians who may be wanting to grow online or learn from my own choices and/or mistakes!
